[Development Case] Sliding Door Soft Close "Raseen"

We would like to introduce a development case of the soft-close mechanism components for sliding doors of a kitchen cabinet, handled by Kyoei Kanamono Seisakusho. We received a request from a client to "create a soft-close product that is highly functional and inexpensive." In response, we adopted a small and cost-effective disk damper. By converting the soft-close function from a linear direction to a rotational direction and utilizing the disk damper, we achieved the soft-close feature. By using the cost-effective disk damper and reducing the number of components, we successfully achieved significant cost and size reductions compared to conventional products.
